A Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center
ADA Audio Conferencing 2004 is a collaborative project of the Great Lakes,
Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, New England, Southeast, Great Plains, Southwest, Rocky Mountain, Pacific and Northwest Region Disability and Business
Technical Assistance Centers (DBTAC's).
Sites with multiple interested participants are encouraged to call-in on one line and use a speaker phone to enable additional participation. Reservations will be made on a first reserved basis. At the time of reservation, the DBTAC will provide participants with information on connecting to the distance learning session.

*The non-profit discount is available to education, government and service agencies operating on a not-for-profit status.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Deadline to register and
cancel reservations for each session is 10 days prior to the scheduled date
of the session. Requests for materials in alternative formats must
accompany registration or be requested no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled session. Every attempt will be made to accommodate individual
requests made after this date but can not be guaranteed. Late registrations
will only be accepted as space allows and is left to the discretion of the DBTAC. Late registration may impact the ability to receive materials for
the session in a timely manner. An additional $20.00 fee may be incurred to
cover the cost of expedited or overnight delivery. Refunds will be provided
to reservation cancellations made prior to the cancellation deadline.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE.
